What We Sell

ThinkNimble provides two core service lines:

MiniCTO – a monthly subscription service that includes expert technical leadership, ongoing website and infrastructure maintenance, and hosting credits. Starts at $1,500 per month.

Custom Software Development – billed hourly, this service covers new feature development, product improvements, and technical support tailored to each client's evolving needs. Starts at $10,000 per month.

All invoices are sent in U.S. Dollars (USD).

Fulfillment & Refund Policy - Services begin upon receipt of payment. For MiniCTO clients, service includes active maintenance, hosting support, and strategic technical guidance. Software development work is performed based on agreed-upon scopes and billed hourly. We offer refunds on a case-by-case basis for unused hosting credits associated with the MiniCTO service. Please contact us if you believe you are eligible for a refund.

Cancellation Policy - You may cancel your MiniCTO subscription or pause hourly development work with 30 days' notice. Services rendered during that time will be billed as usual. After cancellation, hosting credits expire unless otherwise agreed in writing.
