The Problem
Canary needed to build a system to help companies manage and approve hardship fund requests by employees.
Canary needed to provide a unique, customized web portal to each of its client organizations to manage their hardship funds. Running each portal independently hadn't been working for Canary; they needed a more elegant solution that was simpler to maintain and could quickly scale to additional organizations.
The Project
Distribute grants to employees in need.
A web-based hardship fund management system enabling fund administrators at companies to review, approve, and pay out hardship fund requests to employees as well as view aggregate data about the state of the fund.
